So the best option is to contact Olympus again to see if they have drivers for Vista 64-bit or Windows 7 64-bit for this device, or if they can confirm for you what devices ARE supported on 64-bit. None of them make any mention of 64-bit support. I searched online for the VID & PID, and found only a few hits on Bing. It's an issue that the hardware vendor would need to resolve. The compatible ID confirms that it's not just a storage device, so it doesn't just use inbox drivers. Looks like we're out $500 thanks a ton Olympus and Windows 7!
